My articles on the SER-FL-315 Cadet Blog

Check out this blog: http://ser-fl-315.blogspot.com/. It's kept up by my squadron cadet commander. I was recently appointed to the position of "Public Affairs Assistant" at my squadron, and I've started writing articles for the cadet blog, squadron newsletter, and for submission to the wing and national newsletters. My first two articles you can read on the cadet blog, under the headings of "Thanksgiving Outreach", and "Citrus County Veteran's Fair". All of the pictures in the articles are mine as well.

I'm getting promoted to the grade of Cadet Senior Airman next week at the annual End Of Year Awards Night, and (Lord Willing) getting my shoulder cord and certificate for my induction into the Florida Wing Cadet Honor Society. You can can learn more about it here: http://flcadet.com/HonorSociety.aspx and see my name and inductee number on the Inductee web page here: http://flcadet.com/CHS.aspx. My name is at the bottom, because I was just inducted. Only 113 cadets out of the 1630 in the Florida Wing have been inducted into the Honor Society. It's pretty exciting. To be inducted into the Honor Society you have to get an average of 90 or better, 3 promotions straight, in my case having to take 5 tests and get the 90 or better. It was hard, but it was worth the effort!
Au revoir until then!
